Hamburg Climate: Future prospects. 2023.

The purpose is to analyze certain well-defined climate futures, in particular the climate futures envisaged by the Paris Agreement, i.e. to keep global warming below 2°C and, if possible, 1.5°C, relative to pre-industrial times. The world will need to reach a state of deep decarbonization by 2050 to meet the 1.5°C target. Therefore, we face a climate scenario that combines emissions and temperature.
