UNEP 2020 Adaptation Gap Report

This fifth edition of the report reviews current action progress and emerging results in global adaptation planning, financing and implementation, with a focus on nature-based solutions as key tools for adaptation. Determines that while nations have made progress in planning and implementation, huge gaps remain, particularly in funding, and public and private funding needs to be expanded and incentivized; and evaluation, where there is a lack of consensus regarding methodologies.
