This is how climate change indicators stand now: the situation is getting worse

Climate change continues to advance unstoppable. There is no corner of the planet that is free: neither the highest peaks, nor the abyssal depths. The latest report from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), corresponding to 2022, reveals the changes observed on a planetary scale in continental areas, in the oceans and in the atmosphere caused by record levels of heat-trapping greenhouse gases. The good news is that there is still hope: “The situation can still be reversed, but we must act now, because time is running out,” the scientists warn.
