The procedures of the mechanism established under Article 6, paragraph 4, of the Paris Agreement are described in the annex, and it is welcomed that, as of 18 November 2022, 28 Parties have designated their national authorities for the mechanism and recalls that Parties wishing to participate in the mechanism should designate a national authority and communicate that designation to the secretariat.
