Guidance on cooperative approaches referred to in Article 6, paragraph 2, of the Paris Agreement and decision 2/CMA.3. FCCC7PA/CMA/2022/L.15 COP 27 DECISION

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Paris Agreement, recalling Article 6, paragraph 1, of the Paris Agreement, in which the Parties recognize that some Parties may choose to cooperate voluntarily in the implementation of their Nationally Determined Contributions to achieve greater ambition in their mitigation and adaptation actions and to promote sustainable development and environmental integrity.
