The pressures that climate change exerts on public finances pose possible defaults. But to assess the ability to finance climate action, the impact of climate change needs to be assessed, and studies on debt impacts are lacking. This gap is filled with a climate debt sustainability analysis model to test scenarios of damage to economic growth.
