This report provides data on total natural gas production, consumption, imports and exports for all OECD member countries, and trade in natural gas pipelines and LNG by origin and destination for all OECD regions. Natural gas is the cleanest and fastest-growing fossil fuel, accounting for about a quarter of the world’s electricity generation.
