In January 2025, the Commission presented the Competitiveness Compass, to boost our growth. Biodiversity and long-term competitiveness depend on investments in the restoration and protection of nature and ecosystems, as well as the sustainable use of biodiversity. This brochure presents a selection of R+D+i projects, Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020, which provide scientific knowledge, solutions and case studies on transformative change.
