Declaration before the Climate and Environmental Emergency in Spain

On January 21, 2020, the Council of Ministers approved the Declaration agreement in the face of the Climate and Environmental Emergency in Spain, in which it undertakes to adopt 30 priority lines of action to combat climate change with cross-cutting policies. For the first 100 days, 5 measures will materialize within which to submit to Parliament the draft Law on Climate Change and Energy Transition and define the decarbonization path that ensures the goal of climate neutrality no later than 2050.
