Public or private entities participating in an activity (hereinafter, activity participants) who wish to register the activity as an activity of Article 6, paragraph 4, shall design the activity in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and any other requirements adopted by the CMA or the Surveillance body. The activity must be designed to achieve additional mitigation of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions.
