Coupling energy security, regional connectivity and EU repowering objectives in the CEE region

The REPowerEU Plan sets ambitious targets to be achieved by EU Member States to ensure their energy security. Energy efficiency and conservation are promising tools for short-term reduction of energy consumption, but they need public acceptance and EU support to work. The EU’s medium- and long-term objectives must be achieved, and future energy transit will be crucial.
