Bio Monitor: Past and future of the bioeconomy

Over the past twenty years, EU policymakers have prioritised the expansion of bio-based value chains through various policy initiatives and research programmes. As a consequence of the growing popularity of the bioeconomy, the Bio Monitor project will establish a sustainable and robust framework for monitoring and measuring the bioeconomy in relation to the EU and its Member States.
