80% of global_CO2 emissions are linked to 57 fossil fuel and cement producers

On the list of the most polluting companies are companies such as Saudi Aramco, Gazprom, Coal India, National Iranian Oil Company, BP, Shell, Total Energies, Eni, RWE and Repsol.

80% of global carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions from the Paris Agreement (2016) to 2022 were linked to 57 fossil fuel and cement producers, according to an analysis by the InfluenceMap think tank released on Thursday. The study also finds that 88% of CO2 emissions are linked to a total of 117 producers.
