Green taxonomy: Draft Environmental Delegated Regulations published for the remaining four environmental objectives

On 5 April 2023 the European Commission published the draft Delegated Regulation defining the technical selection criteria for the remaining four environmental objectives of the Taxonomy Regulation (Environmental Delegated Regulation):

• sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources,
• transition to a circular economy,
• pollution prevention and control, and,
• protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems.
