The decarbonisation objectives of the European economy, together with the need for energy independence, after the episodes experienced with the war in Ukraine, are accelerating the transformation of heating from fossil fuels to clean energy from heat pumps. The urgency is on boilers that use oil and diesel to produce heat, followed by a ban on gas-fired boilers that have a longer transition period.
