The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, called on Wednesday for a State Pact against climate change, “an indisputable reality”. This has been defended by Minister Torres in his appearance at his own request in the Plenary of Congress to report on the management of the central government after the DANA that has left a provisional balance of deaths that exceeds 215 only in the province of Valencia.
