Every year, millions of people suffer from weather events that take away their livelihoods and lives. And, people are increasingly turning to the courts to combat the climate crisis. Governments and private sector entities are increasingly being challenged and held accountable. Children, youth, and Indigenous Peoples are also taking a more prominent stance in presenting these cases and advancing climate change governance.
