Technical dialogue of the first global balance sheet. UNFCCC.

This report provides an overview of the discussions held during the technical dialogue, and serves to identify key areas to close gaps and address challenges and barriers in the implementation of the Paris Agreement. It provides an assessment of collective progress towards achieving the long-term purpose and objectives of the Paris Agreement and informs Parties of potential areas to update and enhance their action and support.
