Decision (EU) 2022/591 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 April 2022 on the General Union Environment Action Programme up to 2030. (TWELVE L 114/22, of 12 April 2022)

An environmental action programme is established until 31 December 2030, which sets out the priority objectives and determines the conditions necessary for the achievement of those objectives. It establishes a monitoring framework to assess the progress of the Union and its Member States in achieving the priority objectives and a governance mechanism to ensure the achievement of those priority objectives.
