Summary of results of the Guarantees of Origin System 2021. CNMC, April 28, 2022.

The guarantees issued through the System of Guarantees of Origin of electricity represented in 2021 94.9% of the national production from renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration. The guarantees transferred to marketers in 2021 have amounted to 78,534 GWh (64.4% of those issued), while guarantees for 17,011 GWh have been imported.
