The Price of Energy

This document published by the International Energy Agency (IEA) provides information on the 2021 energy price package. The Energy Price Package is the IEA’s global price database which covers 135 countries around the world and is made up of two main databases: World Energy Price Database (WEP), which covers 135 countries of the world; and Energy Prices and Taxes Database for Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Countries, which focuses on data from OECD countries, with details on the breakdown of energy taxes. the end use. This edition has been expanded to include prices for thirty-six new products/sectors; as well as an additional data file on taxation, which covers seven categories of taxes between sectors and products for 57 countries, of which 22 are not belonging to the OECD. The file also contains regulatory data for gasoline, automotive diesel, LPG and electricity.
