Each party participating in a cooperative approach involving the use of International Transfer Mitigation Outcomes (ITMRs) will ensure that its participation in the cooperative approach is consistent with these guidelines and relevant decisions of the Paris Agreement, and that this guidance applies to all applicable settings and cooperative approaches in which you participate.
