State of Nature in the EU. Results of the presentation of the report in accordance with the directives of Nature 2013-2018

Report from the European Environment Agency describing the state of nature in the EU based on Member State reports under the Birds (2009/147/EC) and Habitats (92/43/EEC) directives and subsequent assessments at EU biogeographical level. As well as an overview of the status of species and habitats, both at national and EU level, it also addresses the status of the Natura 2000 network and its potential contribution to the status of species and habitats. Lastly, the report provides results on progress towards Targets 1 and 3 of the EU 2020 Biodiversity Strategy.
