Protecting and Empowering Consumers in the Green Transition: Misleading Green Claims.

This paper provides an overview of the evolution of policies and compliance measures to address misleading green claims in recent years by describing the prevalence and harms arising from greenwashing; highlighting current practices that may constitute greenwashing; and assessing the different measures being implemented in OECD member countries and partner economies to address this issue.
