Proposal for a European Council Recommendation on learning for environmental sustainability.

The objective of the proposal is to help Member States, schools, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and all education providers to equip students with knowledge and skills on sustainability, climate change and the environment. This is a new European competency framework on sustainability, which outlines the competencies needed for the green transition.
