The State Registry will contain the registration of the entities, public or private, interested in the Strategic Projects, with differentiated sections for each of the PERTE. The procedure will be carried out in two phases, a first, of accreditation, in which it will correspond to the competent ministries in each of the PERTES to establish by regulation the technical, economic and legal conditions required and a second, of registration, for the purposes of its registration. .
