This Progress Report aims to make the new reporting scenario known to companies, and show them how it aligns with the rest of the existing international sustainability and reporting frameworks, particularly with the new Directive on corporate sustainability reporting of the European Union and its reporting standards, to make it easier for companies to report on sustainability and to do so under the United Nations approach.
