Guidance document on the implementation of CBAM for operators of installations outside the EU.

This document has been written to assist stakeholders by explaining the requirements of the CBAM Regulation in non-legislative language. This guidance focuses on requirements for operators of facilities producing CBAM goods outside the EU during the transition period, from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2025, during which time the CBAM applies without financial obligation for importers and solely for data collection purposes.
