Exploring the social challenges of low carbon energy policies in Europe

Report carried out by the European Environment Agency (AEM) and Eurofound. The Report is based on the socio-economic effects of climate policies, within the framework of the European Green Deal and the EU’s transition towards a carbon-neutral economy.

The AEM focuses on the distribution aspects of climate change policies, while Eurofound identifies climate change policies that have a significant effect on distribution effects, prioritizing the effects on citizens of climate mitigation policies in energy aspects , transport and construction, through the impacts of these policies on their daily lives.
