This Report shows the assessment of the gap between greenhouse gas emission reduction commitments and the reductions needed to align with the goal of the Paris Agreement, as well as opportunities to close this gap. COP 28 reflects the objective of the Report, which is to provide relevant conclusions for the final discussions under the global stocktake.
