This paper presents solutions to overcome barriers to investment, reflecting input from a wide range of investors. Based on these findings, the paper identifies six priority areas and 16 concrete and specific actions for each stakeholder in order to drive the next wave of strategic pilots and initiatives to unlock large-scale private climate finance in emerging market and developing economies.
