Default values for the CBAM transition period.

Since CBAM will only apply to a certain number of products with a high risk of carbon leakage, the default values have been identified at the 4-, 6- and 8-digit Combined Nomenclature code level. These values expressed in tonnes of CO₂ emissions per tonne of goods are applicable regardless of the country of origin of the goods affected by the CBAM and only until the end of the transition period.
