The Conference of the Parties recognizes the importance of the best available science for climate action; resolves to implement ambitious, just, equitable and inclusive transitions; emphasises the urgent need for immediate, deep, rapid and sustained reductions; recognises that limiting global warming to 1.5°C requires rapid, deep and sustained reductions and urges Parties to adopt a transformative approach.
