This report is the second of the three parts of the IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report, in which, in addition to promoting an increase in droughts and torrential rains, it argues that man-made climate change is driving the sea level rise, ocean acidification and the intensity of tropical cyclones, and the increase in heat waves, droughts and floods have already exceeded the tolerance thresholds of plants and animals.
