The Voluntary Carbon Market Integrity Council (ICVCM) works to ensure that voluntary carbon markets accelerate progress towards the goal of combating climate change. This publication includes the criteria at the level of the Framework Evaluation Programme and the Evaluation Procedure, which will allow carbon credit programmes to better understand the Integrity Council process and the operational requirements against which it is assessed.
