Draft Simplified Sustainability Standards, EFRAG.

The draft has been prepared by EFRAG following the mandate received from the European Commission and delivered as technical advice on 30 November 2025.La European Commission will carry out its own adoption process and is expected to adopt the simplified rules no later than six months after the entry into force of the Omnibus legislative provisions. Once adopted, the simplified ESRS will replace the ESRS 2023.
