Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139

of June 4, 2021, by which Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council is completed and by which the technical selection criteria are established to determine the conditions in which it is considered that an economic activity contributes substantially to climate change mitigation or adaptation, and to determine whether that economic activity does not cause significant harm to any of the other environmental objectives.
