Execution Decision (EU) 2019/314 of the Commission, of February 21, 2019

concerning the approval of the technology used in a 48 V High Efficiency Motor Generator (BRM) plus a 48 V/12 V DC/DC converter from SEG Automotive Germany GmbH for use in passenger cars with a conventional combustion engine and in certain Hybrid passenger cars as innovative technology for the reduction of CO emissions₂ of passenger cars, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 443/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
