“Transition finance” is shaping up to be one of the most important topics of the new year for anyone claiming to care about the climate crisis.
“A whole world of transition finance” is now being created, Mark Carney, the United Nations special envoy for climate action and finance, said during a panel discussion at COP28 in Dubai last month.
