The Government forgets about the energy of the free market and will not sell the TUR

The employers of the sector, ACIE, has denounced “lack of attention” on the part of the Executive and considers that it legislates in favor of the regulated gas tariff without taking into account the independent marketers.

The government is not in favor of allowing independent energy marketers to sell the regulated natural gas tariff. These companies have complained that they are at a disadvantage compared to those that are authorized to offer the Last Resort Tariff (TUR) and took the request to the Executive at the end of November.
