The EU will force large industry to capture and store its emissions

The European Commission is preparing to increase the demands on industries on climate change. The EU Executive has just released its guidelines to Member States for the review of the Integrated Energy and Climate Plans and in them recommends that targets be set for the capture and storage of_CO2 for industry.
