Ribera gives a 180º turn to the negotiation of the reform of the electricity market in the EU

The Spanish presidency of the EU tries to negotiate with Member States regarding CfDs and capacity mechanisms

With the arrival of Spain to the presidency of the European Union, the Minister for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera, has given a turn to the negotiation of the reform of the electricity market. In a recent document, the Spanish presidency has tried to reach an agreement on CfDs and Capacity Mechanisms.
