Green light for the governance mechanism on energy, climate change and air quality

The Council of Ministers, at the proposal of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, has given the green light to the Royal Decree establishing the governance mechanism for energy, climate change and air quality. The objective is to determine the governance mechanisms that will make it possible to comply with the reporting obligations acquired by Spain under national and international agreements and commitments relating to the fight against climate change and emissions of atmospheric pollutants.
