The Moves III Plan is extended with 400 million euros more

Teresa Ribera has announced an extension of 400 million euros additional to the Moves III Plan

Currently in Spain there is a significant aid of up to 7,000 euros in the purchase of an electric car and much of the cost of installing charging points and solar panels for home and companies.

All these grants are framed in the Moves III Plan, which were initially endowed with 400 million euros with the option to increase the amount to 800 million euros.

In terms of requests and applications to benefit from the Moves III Plan we can consider it as a great success and is that most of the Autonomous Communities (they are the ones who manage the applications and aid) have requested an extension of the Moves III Plan after being close to keeping funds or directly having already distributed all the funds.

This has motivated the Vice President of the Government and Minister for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera, to announce an extra allocation of 400 million additional euros to the Moves III Plan, which is already added to the initial 800 million euros.

Today, there are already more than 90,000 applications received for the aid of the Moves III Plan, aid that on the other hand, leaves much to be desired due to its slowness and bureaucratic procedures. Many applicants have to wait months and even years to receive the requested aid, in addition to suffering the unspeakable so that all the documentation is correct and does not pose a problem for the aid in question to be rejected.
