Tennders is a logistics company with a technological focus, born in 2021 by Mike Cuingnet, with the mission of giving visibility to digital and sustainability opportunities in the road freight transport sector in Europe.

Formed by experts in road freight transport, we are using the extensive experience of our team, added to the support of our platform. The result is: effectiveness in performance and optimal service to our customers. The team of in-house brokers is specialized in urgent and difficult loads, which allows us to cover all the needs of the market.

Currently, we are using our product that is already capable of digitizing the tasks of the broker. The tool has been tested internally and by experienced and trusted companies, participating in the optimization of the platform from the customer’s point of view. At the same time, we are developing a B2B hybrid-marketplace, i.e. a digital platform that connects carriers, customers and logistics agents in the European market. It will offer a more efficient trading system than the methodologies currently used. We are focused on helping small and medium-sized companies in digitalization, process optimization and reduction of manual tasks. Additionally, we maintain a balance between technology and human in this traditional sector. At the moment it is impossible to fully digitize the sector, because it is not yet prepared for this great transition, and it is currently impossible to automate a large part of supply and demand. Consequently, the objective of the broker team is to help clients find a solution to their freight transport needs.

Tennders’ value proposition is to offer network to our customers, to give greater visibility to the existing opportunities in the market, especially for smaller companies, since they do not have the same ease of access to new contacts.

We guarantee neutrality thanks to a rating system based on user behavior (i.e. if they fulfill what was promised on both sides, if they pay on time, quality of service, etc.). Additionally, we ensure accessibility thanks to the simplicity of use and management of our platform, tested by the different categories of potential customers.

Since its creation, Tennders is clear that part of its vision is to help small and medium-sized companies have access to sustainability solutions. Consequently, the primary cause of membership in the Business and Climate Foundation is to have the necessary support to carry out this vision. In order to achieve a positive impact on the sector, not only in the field of sustainability, but also to be able to help companies with all the regulations in this area.

For this same reason, at Tennders we also started a collaboration agreement with Six Degrees Edinburgh (the sustainability branch of the universities of Oxford and Cambridge, among others). For 2 months, we conducted a study of the sector focused on the options that Tennders can give to the market. Currently, we are starting a new 4-month study to delve into the solutions we can and want to offer to the market, to help reduce the CO_₂ impact of the sector in Europe.
