Greenhouse gas emissions in Spain increased by 5.7% in 2022

In 2022, greenhouse gas emissions increased by 5.7% compared to the previous year, from which it is concluded that “the Spanish economy is not in the decarbonization phase”. The emissions of 2022 represent compared to the base year of 1990, 5.17% more, and 31% less compared to 2005.
