Wood is the only renewable raw material that nature offers us and that, through various transformation processes, provides us with a wide variety of products, with a range of technical and aesthetic solutions that no other material can provide us.

Gabarró began its relationship with wood in 1907 and since then it has been the basis of its activity. These more than 100 years of experience and a team of great professionals, allow us to offer reliability, security and confidence, becoming one of the most important distributors of wood products nationwide.

We have our own warehouses in Benifaió (Valencia), Fuenlabrada (Madrid), Gavà (Barcelona), Málaga, Polinyà (Barcelona), Santiago (a Coruña) and Vitoria (Álava).

Our clients are from sectors as diverse as construction, furniture manufacturing, carpentry, hotel contract, retail, transport, packaging or automotive. Our wish is that the more wood used, the more _CO2 will be stored.

The boards, pallets and woods that we sell come mostly from the European Union while the rest is distributed among the other continents. In our case, transport is therefore one of the largest emitters of _CO2. On the contrary, much less energy is used to make (cut, dry, brush,…) wood than to manufacture other products.

Gabarró is committed to the sustainability of forests, which is why it buys from suppliers who are committed to their sustainable management, who manage them rigorously and who use ecologically efficient production techniques. PeFC, FSC and chain of custody certification systems govern our supply political relationships.

We are convinced that climate change is an opportunity for innovation, leadership and business for the wood sector and also for Gabarró so we are grateful to be part of the Climate and Business Foundation and we will contribute the experience and vision of our sector.
