Capture allCO2 at once and everywhere

There are more and more technologies aimed at removing carbon from the atmosphere that could help mitigate climate change, although their deployment is still limited.

It is very likely that we will not meet the CO₂ emission reduction targets set for 2030, and probably not those of 2050 either. Faced with this situation, some think that we should focus more efforts on adapting to climate change instead of obsessing over mitigating it. However, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) points us to an interesting and complex tool to improve mitigation numbers: the capture, absorption or removal of CO₂ and its storage. What exactly does this strategy consist of? Is it viable on a large scale?
