While the CSDDD Directive still has great potential to strengthen responsible business conduct, several of the amendments introduced risk compromising the objectives of the law. The aim of this publication is to provide guidance on the key elements of the final CSDDD following the Omnibus I Project amendments, and to support policymakers, businesses and stakeholders.
