Sara Aagesen underlines the role of the Office for Climate Change (OECC) in promoting public policies

The minister indicated that climate change has gone “from being a concern to becoming a State priority”.

The Spanish Office for Climate Change (OECC), which is celebrating its 25th anniversary, has played a “key role” in placing climate action at the centre of the country’s public policies, according to Vice-President Sara Aagesen. He did so during a visit to the headquarters of that organization that is consolidated today, on its quarter of a century, as “a national and international benchmark in the fight against climate change”. The Minister for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge has indicated that climate change has gone “from being a concern to becoming a State priority”, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (Miteco) said in a statement.
